How do I create an account?

Follow these 2 easy steps:

1) Please send us the student information, full name, grade and school ID number at customerservice@westlakecafe.com This information will be entered in the system and we will notify you within 24 hrs. once this is complete.

2) Go to  myschoolaccount.com and create your account, using the ID number provided in the email notification. Please use all the digits

How do I Fund the Account?

You may fund the account electronically at myschoolaccount.com or by check at the school café.   Please do not send cash with young children

Who is Myschoolaccount.com?

It is a third-party vendor that process all payments and transactions. Please note parents are able to fund and to view the last 30 days account activity

Where do I find the Menus?

In westlakecafe.com under Menu drop down tab you will find the Meal of the Day.  In addition, the students have available staple items like: Paninis, Baked Potatoes, Grilled Chicken, Fresh Grilled Salmon, and Salad Bar

What is included in the Meal of The Day?

Entrée, Sides, and Salad bar. On your statement this will appear as K-12 Lunch.

What are the Specials? 

This is a meal not in the calendar Menus. Includes an Entrée, Sides, and Salad Bar and is sold at varying prices. In your Statement this meal will appear by the dish name, e.g. Spaghetti Meatballs

How do I place restrictions and spending limits on the Account?

Please email the restriction you wish us place and we will notify you once is posted in the account

Allergies:

Do you cook with Peanut Oil?  No

1) The pastries purchased through our vendors do not contain nuts, but they may have been produced in a plant that process items containing nuts.
